Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
Add oregano, salt, black pepper, white pepper, paprika powder, and chilli flakes. Mix well and cook until chicken is fully done.
Add bell peppers and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cheddar cheese, let it melt, and mix well. Remove from heat. Let the filling cool down.
Cut diagonal slits on each corner of the puff pastry sheet, leaving a small gap from the edges.
Brush the pastry lightly with egg wash.
Add the chicken filling in the center, keeping it away from the slits, and top with mozzarella cheese.
Join two opposite corners, then join the remaining two corners as shown in the video, to form a flower shape.
Brush egg wash on top and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
