Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion for about 5 minutes until translucent.
Add minced meat to the pan and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
Add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, oregano, salt, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste and fresh cream. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Mix mozzarella cheese into the cooled meat mixture.
Place a tablespoon of filling onto each tortilla, fold in half, and seal the edges with a slurry.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
Dip each filled tortilla into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and fry each pie until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt to make the garlic lime crema sauce.
