Mix the oats with the coconut oil, honey, and salt, then spread out on a baking sheet.
Oven bake at 190 degrees Celsius until the edges are brown.
Remove from oven and mix in the mixed nuts and dried fruit.
Place back in the oven and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
