Combine warm water, sugar, semolina, cornstarch, flour, baking powder, rose water, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • 2 tbsp•cornstarch
  • 1.13 cup•all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ tbsp•baking powder
  • 1 tsp•rose water
  • 1 tsp•vanilla extract
