Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for another minute.
Add the chicken breast strips to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
Season with garam masala, chili flakes, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, black pepper, and sea salt.
Add diced red bell pepper and mixed vegetables. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
Remove the filling from heat and let it cool. Shred the chicken.
Mix plain flour with water to form a paste.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, add filling, and roll. Use paste to seal.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
