In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until onion is soft.
Stir in allspice, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and remove from heat.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 3-inch squares.
