Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, finely chopped onion, parsley, tomato, allspice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Cut each pita bread into halves, and stuff each half with the beef mixture.
Brush the outside of each stuffed pita with olive oil.
Place the stuffed pitas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
