Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
For the base, mix 150g plain flour, 30g caster sugar, and 115g dairy free butter until crumbly. Add 1 tbsp ice cold water and combine to form a dough.
Press the dough into a pie tin and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
For the brownie filling, melt 120g dairy free butter and 150g dark chocolate together. Stir in 50g light brown sugar, 200g caster sugar, 180g dairy free milk, 140g plain flour, and 60g dark cocoa powder until smooth.
Pour the brownie filling over the baked base and bake for 25 minutes.
For the topping, melt 115g dairy free butter and 150g light brown sugar together. Stir in 120g maple syrup, 3 tbsp cornflour, and 60ml dairy free double cream until smooth. Add 250g chopped pecans.
Spread the pecan topping over the baked brownie and return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
