180 minPat dry the wings and add them to a mixing bowl. Combine with 3 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp baking powder. Season with to-taste salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder. Mix well and let marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
