Prick the sweet potatoes and air-fry at 190°C for 40–50 minutes, or until soft.
Add beef mince to a hot pan and cook until browned, then push to one side and sauté onion until soft.
Add diced carrot, diced celery stick, and minced garlic cloves, cooking for a few more minutes.
Stir in paprika, medium curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomato purée, and honey, cooking for 2 minutes.
Pour in beef bone broth and add rosemary, then simmer over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes until thickened slightly. Stir in peas and butter.
Remove the skins from the cooked sweet potatoes and mash with salt and pepper.
Assemble by layering the mince mixture, then the sweet potato mash, and top with cheese.
Place under the grill for about 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and crisp.
