In a pan, add butter, cinnamon, and apples. Cook for 2 minutes on medium low heat.
Add two tablespoons of water and cook for three to four minutes.
Add corn flour and remaining water and cook for a couple of minutes or until the apples are soft and the mixture has thickened. Let cool for five to ten minutes.
Grab the spring roll sheets or egg roll sheets and transfer 2 tbsp of apple cinnamon mixture on the sheet. Fold and deep fry until golden brown.
Optional - dust some icing sugar and salted caramel sauce. Serve.
